In spite of killer bees

Johnston, Julie, 1941-

In spite of killer bees [contracted braille] / by Julie Johnston. - Toronto : CNIB, 2002. - 3 v. of contracted braille.

Contracted braille.

When sisters Aggie (with a shaven head and vintage clothes), body-pierced Jeannie, and sombre, all in black Helen arrive in their father's small hometown, they cause quite a stir. Their mother is long gone, their father dead, and all they expect is their grandfather's legacy, promised to them in his will. What they inherit is a big old house, a dotty great-aunt who wants nothing to do with them, and enough suspicion from the townsfolk to tear their fragile family apart. Some strong language.

For junior and senior high readers.
