Glooscap sets out in his canoe to hunt for ducks, only to have the strong wind blow him back to shore. Glooscap sets off in search of Wind Eagle, the one who is responsible for the blowing wind. When he finds Wind Eagle, Glooscap tricks him and ends up leaving him tied up in a crevice. It’s only when it’s too late that Glooscap realizes the importance of the blowing wind.
